'Mindfulness will not help you to be distracted from your baby's birth – it will help you to be fully present for some of the most remarkable moments of your life.' (Dr Leah Callebaut).
About Mind My Bump Ltd
Mind My Bump Ltd is a UK-based family run company, founded and created by mindfulness teacher, Chartered Clinical Psychologist and mum, Dr Leah Callebaut.
'Mindfulness is a birthing and parenting superpower. With Mind My Bump I hope to make mindfulness simple, accessible and affordable for all pregnant mums. By equipping ourselves with the skills to respond to life's challenges more mindfully we can look after our physical health, our mental health and our babies with far greater ease. Modelling a more mindful way of coping can be incredibly helpful for our kids and their own lifelong happiness and resilience. This is why the Mind My Bump programme starts early - during pregnancy - not only to support mums (and dads!) during their incredible life-creating journey, but also to give kids the best opportunity to see and feel the benefits of mindfulness, right from the very start.'

GOOD FOR BABY
...supports bonding, your baby's development and the whole family's mental health!
'I felt really emotional (probably pregnancy hormones!) reading it [The Pregnancy Kit], in a very positive way - like someone totally gets the pregnancy experience and like someone is walking alongside me. It's so empowering and educational. I'd totally forgotten about the different stages of labour and although I was apprehensive about reading that section, I really feel that the concept of pain has been reframed. The whole programme takes such a caring and compassionate approach'.
