These legal terms are between you and Mind My Bump Ltd and you agree to them by using our content, products or services. These include but are not limited to our –

 

Permitted use

All content present on Mind My Bump’s website and product materials is protected by Copywrite: Copyright 2020 Mind My Bump Ltd.

  • You must not copy, modify or reproduce any website content (including text, images, videos and audio content).

  • You must not copy or reproduce any material (including text, image and audio content) contained within Mind My Bump’s Pregnancy Kit, Postnatal Kit and Compassion Cards.

  • You must not use Mind My Bump’s materials for any commercial purpose, or any public display (commercial or non-commercial).

  • You must not remove any copywrite or other proprietary notations from the materials.

  • You must not transfer any of the materials to another person or ‘mirror’ the materials on any other server or within any other written document.

 

Returns & refunds

Full refunds shall be given for all non-damaged (with intact packaging) physical products returned to Mind My Bump Ltd within 21 days of purchase. You will not be refunded cost of delivery and return postage is to be paid by the sender. You can complete the contact form on the homepage to request a return or you can email us at Hello@mindmybump.com.

 

No refunds or returns are accepted for digital products (e.g. The Pregnancy Kit: Instant Download/E-Book).

 

Full refunds shall be given for retreat day tickets if your request is made at least 14 working days before the event date. There will be no refund if you cancel your attendance within 14 days of the event.

 

Limitation of liability

Any health information, advice and links to other services provided by Mind My Bump Ltd are provided simply for your convenience and for general information purposes. This information is not intended to replace professional medical advice.  We are not liable or responsible for any consequences of your having read or been told about such advice as you assume full responsibility for your decisions and actions. In particular, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no representation or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the advice, other materials and information published as part of the Mind My Bump product collection or contained within the Mind My Bump website and social media pages.

We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, the thoughts, opinions and positions of other third party users who communicate within our social media platforms.

We are not liable or responsible for derogatory, offensive, abusive or discriminatory language used by third party users within our social media platforms. We are not liable or responsible for any illegal activity initiated by third party users of our website, products and social media platforms.
