Mindful Mums Retreat Day
A day of rest and rejuvenation from the comfort of your own home. Suitable during pregnancy and in the postnatal period.
Mind My Bump's retreat days are fully guided by mindfulness teacher and Clinical Psychologist, Dr Leah Callebaut. The day involves a mixture of mindfulness meditations and exercises which encourage greater self-kindness, compassion and gratitude. There will a couple of opportunities for questions and reflections, but the day is mainly held in silence which provides a wonderful opportunity to rest and focus on self-care without any social demands. The retreat is run online via Zoom so all you need to do is find a quiet space at home where you can get cosy and be supported to explore some valuable coping skills. Suitable for beginners to mindfulness and those with more experience.
Full refunds shall be given for retreat day tickets if your request is made at least 14 working days before the event date. There will be not refund if you cancel your attendance within 14 days of the event.
