About the Event

Mind My Bump's retreat days are fully guided by mindfulness teacher and Clinical Psychologist, Dr Leah Callebaut. The day involves a mixture of mindfulness meditations and exercises which encourage greater self-kindness, compassion and gratitude. There will a couple of opportunities for questions and reflections, but the day is mainly held in silence which provides a wonderful opportunity to rest and focus on self-care without any social demands. The retreat is run online via Zoom so all you need to do is find a quiet space at home where you can get cosy and be supported to explore some valuable coping skills. 

Suitible for beginners to mindfulness and those with more experience.
